Dover fans, did you know?

The following list highlights services or amenities that Dover provides for fans on race weekend that can help make your time at the track simple and enjoyable.

1. Payment plans: Fans who renew their seats may choose our automated payment plan option, which allows customers to break their balances into more manageable amounts until their account is paid in full. Customers that choose the automated payment plan will receive e-mail reminders prior to their accounts being charged. Call 1-800-441-RACE to learn more.

2. Free shuttle service to the gate for disabled patrons: Golf cart rides from ADA parking lots to grandstand gates are available. Click here and scroll down to "Parking lot shuttle service" for more information.

3. Text messaging: Have an issue while in your seat? Send a text to 69050, and type Doverfan (insert space) then list your location and need.  Look for signs in the grandstands and around the property on race weekend.

4. Shuttle buses: Affordable park-and-ride shuttles can get you in and out of the track quickly, and are available from Dover and Christiana, Del. for the Sunday race. Click here and scroll down to "Park-and-ride shuttle service" for details. 

5. Bring your own food and drinks: A true NASCAR tradition. Unlike most other professional sports venues, you can bring a cooler into your grandstand seat in Dover. Click here for rules and policies. 

6. Family seating and junior tickets: Enjoy the Sunday race in an alcohol-and tobacco-free environment. Click here to reserve your family seating or junior tickets for the Sept. 26 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. 

7. Ticket discounts: Save $ 25 when you purchase three-day weekend tickets, or purchase Friday and/or Saturday race tickets in advance and save on each ticket. Click here to see ticket options for the Sept. 24-26, 2010 race weekend. 

8. Event Ticket Insurance: For as little as $ 6.25 per ticket, you can get a full refund if you can’t make the race due to an unforeseen circumstance. To learn more or add ticket insurance to your ticket purchase, click here.
